Our stay at the hospital was such a different experience compared to our stay with Logan. It was nice to have her placed on me right after she was born, it was nice to see her getting cleaned up, hear her cry & then have her back in my arms to nurse within minutes. It was nice to have her stay in our room, change her first diaper, change her clothes and pick her up whenever we pleased. BUT ultimately all of that is even nicer when done from the comfort of home. So here we are :) We managed a 24 discharge and were home today before noon to start adjusting to our new life.
She is doing an amazing job with nursing, is extremely sleepy all the time and has her first pediatrician appointment tomorrow afternoon.
